I Protest!

  Recently, MadScientistsDesigns' web host, Etsy, has been making some strange decisions regarding their own policies and rules by allowing re-sellers to remain open. This has led to a major protest by Etsy 's Handmade sellers.

One suggestion is to change your shop avatar to a picture of hands with the word "HANDMADE" added. This is what I have done. 

 

 

 The movement calls for an Etsy "blackout" on May 10th where shops go on vacation mode for 24 hrs and sellers boycott for the day. The poop really hit the fan over a particular Etsy Featured (Re)seller that was reported to Etsy and exposed on regretsy. See the regretsy article here.
